Subject: Need for Blackstone Iron covers?

The Blackstone irons come with iron covers. I personally don’t like iron covers, however, do these irons need covers because of the black pvd?

Headcovers keep your irons from getting dinged-up from banging around in your golf bag so it is wise to use them with any irons. Since the Blackstone irons are black as opposed to the chrome plating of regular irons, these dings and scratches will show much more prominently. Just like your driver, without a headcover the clubhead will be scratched and dinged.
