Its obvious..." on 15:04:26 10/14/02 Mon I was up to 225 during my hey days of AC1. My % bodyfat was probably around 38-40%. With my current lean muscle mass, I need to get to 183 lbs for 20%, 172 for 15%, 163 for 10%. I want to get to and stay around 15% bodyfat. The main reason is for health and make me feel better. I was 212 this morning, so I got 40 more lbs. Long hard road. Trying to find a date is pretty horrible right now. I have a couple women interested, but time will tell if it goes anywhere. Once I get to 172 lbs, I will be more physically appealing, and have more dating opportunities. Thanks for the words of encourgement. I need to rebuild my PCs operating system so its faster, it's booged down now. after that I will try installing AC2. My friend Gaithwain almost had me convinced to play AC1 again. They have really changed things. It still seems too little too late. It also pisses me off that they are doing things they said couldn't be done.
