But seriously, if I lost 50lbs, I would fall through the cracks in the concrete. I just weighed myself and I came in at a hefty 172. This is the most I have ever weighed. It must be due to all the home cooking and beers I consume :) If I began exercising, chances are my weight wouldn't change much. I would most likely replace much of the fat with muscle and maintain around the same weight. If my wife had her way, I would be sporting a little more of a belly. I guess that is her trophy that I am well fed. Good luck man! I really hope you can stick to it! I have been a non smoker for 7 weeks now.... so I know how difficult it can be to overcome certain things :) Oh, and dating might be overrated, but sex is a great workout!
