 SUDA just used to do an alphabetical walk on with the hosts last if they chose (being Bath we always walked out first and stood around the longest!!). We had a meeting when us Southerners agreed we didn't care on the order for walk on & alphabetical was easiest as there was no room for confusion!

For offbeat, we decided to reverse the order of IVDA, as it was decided the last teams may have an advantage in being the easiest to remember.

I'm pretty sure that we decided to use the IVDA SC for the reasons given above too.
