 For cases regarding eligibility and other cases where the IVDA constitution applies, the SUDA executive committee will abide by the decision of the IVDA standing committee. For matters where the IVDA constitution does not apply, or for cases requiring an immediate decision (e.g. 3.18.4), the SUDA executive committee shall interpret the SUDA constitution as they feel is appropriate, advised by members of the IVDA standing committee where possible.


(Note that 3.18.4 seems to have vanished from the IVDA const, but was passed and seems to have been omitted - it give the SC discretionary powers to interpret NCD regs)
