Not speaking on their behalf here, but that is exactly the rule that Bristol stick by when choosing categories for their couples. It works, too, apart from where no one else abides by it. If everyone stuck to this rule, then no one could complain, as long as accurate records were kept of finalists in each year.

I am in no way talking on Bristol's behalf here, just from my experience of their team.....
