We gave food to all officials, plus the organisers and runners were offered food also. I think we budgeted for 16 people eating. We were fairly generous on the choice of menu; we had a hot buffet for both meals. Yes, they neglected to charge us for some of the stuff, and I neglected to tell them *slaps wrist*.

The IVDA constitution states that the account must be maintained between £3000 & £4000 (this is a sensible range). The account I handed to Tim had ~£4250, with the extra being the money that was put aside for this year's travel grants. I don't know what the level is now, but I'm sure Tim will enlighten us at the GCM!
