near the ruins of the once-bustling city, on a desolate plain twisted by the negative energies released by the Great Summon, stood a massive, imposing fortress wall, surrounding ab equally massive castle, magically reainforced and ringed along it's length by thousands of pieces of mismatched artillery left over from the war. constructed by three decades' worth of arduous slave labor. this was the realm of the Imperator von Rundsteldt, the most powerful of the warlock rulers of Europe.

Until now.

he earth began to rumble, startilng sentries confident that no one would dare attack them, causing the wall to topple in places...

and over the next hill came a huge army--composed do sorcerors, bound demons, animated corpses, and countless others--with a sorcerer by the name of Deil riding in the vanguard.

Montrose had arrived.

She stood upon a hill, watching the battle unfold. she turned to Alex, standing obediently by her side, and pointed towards the massive castle in the distance.

"Go. Find von Rundesteldt....and bring me his head!"
