Immediately following Redd's departure from Vegeta's room, he became a blur of movement. He ran into his bedroom, donned his clothes, which stuck to him because he was still wet from the shower, quickly teleported outside.
The sight that greeted him was that of a giant golden ape, no doubt it was Tetsuo, beginning to rampage through the town. Not good for the townspeople. Vegeta started powering up, sending a message to Redd as he did so.
"Stay cool! I'll take care of this. Tell Victor that even if the moon is covered, the effect will last for a little while longer before Tetsuo changes back. I'm going to show him how to control himself. That way, this won't happen ever again.
The air around Vegeta wavered a little as he became surrounded by a giant red flame. As the flame grew, Vegeta began to change. His hair grew longer, his eyes became red and feral looking. Red fur began to cover his arms and back. A red tail tore through the back of his pants. The transformation to his strongest form was illogical, since all he needed was the tail. But then again, since he was close to full power, the next transformation would make his task easier.
Vegeta looked up at the moon, noting the clouds that were rolling in. Vegeta felt his pulse begin to quicken as he started to grow in size. He could feel his face elongating into a muzzle, and was aware of crimson fur covering the rest of his body. After the transformation was complete, Vegeta roared, as he took control of his new body. He always liked Oozaru form because it also multiplied his power 100 fold. He leapt in front of Tetsuo, and grabbed him. Vegeta started chanting a simple phrase, one that he knew the boy could hear.
"You are Tetsuo. You are Tetsuo. You are Tetsuo."
