 boy geezer,i hit the mother lode on our tuesday trash day.2 streets down had a pile of sweetgum wood piled up for trash pickup,and 3 houses down,found 5 oak cabinet doors.a guy at work is bringing me a rough cut 1x12 cherry board.never tried sweetgum,but im going to let the wood cure about a year then cut some for calls.be gettin out in the woods soon to collect walking sticks for next summers projects.i like to cure the sticks about 6 months,dan
