That high school girl was probly lucky they din't conduct a search and seizure of her premises for illegal, non-certified,non-exempt feathers.
I guess I always thought that those big CONSTITUTION RIGHTS were on the side of being inviolable- religion being one of them.
I'm thinking if you can give all the cowboys in the state of Texas the right to carry concealed weapons,(yah, that's a crowd I wanna see secretly packing...), one could certainly argue in favor of letting the indigenies have their feathers..............."I'm sorry sir, but you'll have to come with me...that's a loaded feather you're carrying in a public place."
