Mine takes quite a long time to cook (not least preparing the beans) but I quite often do it the day I'm eating, rather than days in advance. I was going to post the recipe I use (actually I've got about 4 chili recipes but use one most often) and ask how it compares with yours. I like mine (I tend to up the quantities of chili given because I like extra hot)but just wondered whether it looks inferior. But I was only online briefly earlier today and only briefly now, so will probably post that tomorrow.
