heya DJ....listen lady I to share your pain for I've had panic attacks for years now. {you know been there done that & have the T-shirt to prove it!...haha} But listen to me!...it is not something of your control, it is a type chemical embalance. I know it is very hard to go through. I've seen doctors for it & it has helped me. I also know that it takes a strong will & spirit to control it yourself. I do not like the drugs & I fight takin them more then not...but when I feel the onset of a attack they will control the worst of the feelings of over bearing control.
I "Only" take them as needed & to this day it miffs the doctors but in this way I feel I have more control over them then they do me. Good family & friends is a strong lifeline for me, & yes after many years of this disorder I still am ashamed of it so know that that feeling may never leave you but you can make it through it ...trust me I know this from living it. I strive daily to keep my sanity for my daughter needs me & she needs me as whole as I possibly can be. The love I carry for her is "VERY" much more stronger then my lack of balance!
Well now that I've bored you to tears!..LOL...my email is on this post...you need a Sister to listen to you & do EVERYTHING I can to help you through your dispair right now...send me a few lines...lady I know your hurt, let me share with you anything I can to help you through this tuff time. You have a strong spirit ...I see this in your posts too strong to let this break it.
