Good luck with your treatment, you often sound a very positive person, when you're writing about your your life, your husband. I understand though that if you don't feel right about yourself, and the way you feel you should be, that is no help.

But you're taking a move towards helping yourself, and you have a healthy cynicism towards those psychiatrists, sounds good to me!

I get panic attacks - in certain kinds of crowds, (including crowded department stores, which appears to cause hilarity to those who can't understand it) in heavy road traffic, but I hate admitting what I see as weakness, even to people who know me well. Ironically (to me anyway) I get a lot of phone calls from people I know asking me for support/help in their times of trouble etc because they think I'm "so strong". No - I just cover my "weakness" well:)

You're not at all crazy. Keep posting and let us know how you are feeling.

Bella
