Sounds like you're doin' all the right things to work your way thru this -- go girl :o)), and give yourself some credit for the courage it takes to "see" this problem as clearly as you already do !!

You're not runnin' or hidin' from it, or playin' that endless blame game -- you're standin' your ground, and lookin' it straight in the eye, and that's the really big step .... keeping your support groups around you, that's the next big step -- sounds to me like you've cleared the path, and you're on your way .... gooooood job :o).

Really sorry you have to go thru this, and wish they understood better how to balance out those "neurotransmitters" or whatever it is that brings such attacks -- I know my mother suffered from something very similar back in the early '60s when MDs knew NOTHING, and gave her the impression she "was making it up for attention," and it ended up falling to her kids to protect and support her through the bad times without knowing What the Heck was going on ??!!! Really glad you're getting some help, and your family can be grateful and proud you're handling this so well !
