Subject: Litmus Test

A group I belong to, an intercultural alliance (mainly NDN) owns a piece of property that we plan on making available for use to groups within the community. Our charter prohibits use of the land by persons or groups that "discriminate, practice racism or promote political affiliation" amongst other prohibited uses (use of drugs,alcohol, etc). Does anyone have any suggestions on a litmus test we may use to help screen groups that may ask for use of the property? Any suggestions would be appreciated...OPK...
