Hi All,

John, good one on the forum this is exactly what we needed. Everyone, John and I have discussed and decided to move ahead in pursuing BMW regarding a solution to a) the engines that are currently out there and are likely to explode. b) the obvious effect that these engine failures will have on the resale value of our vehicles.

We are seeking to get a core group of interested owners together who are each willing to put in $500 (John and I are contributing). This funding will allow us to retain the services of an attorney and show BMW the seriousness of our resolve. Please contact us if you are interested in helping us force BMW to recognize our issues and we will gladly give you more information regarding our plan.

I think that I speak for most of us when I say that we love our cars and we don't want to permanently damage BMW, but we do need to force them to listen and take action.
