I agree that Fletcher has had a large part to play, probably greater than Hussain, but I also feel Hussain's contribution was critical to that of Fletcher's, and like for like.

On the Thorpe issue I suppose only Thorpe truly knows what effect Hussain had on him at the time. The best indication I think there is now is that at least outwardly Thorpe now seems happy both on and off the field, something that was certainly not the case a couple of years ago.

Thanks for your congrats, however you will be reassured that I still managed to get off the mark with a top edge to third man and I managed a bit of Hussain-ish running as well! How you guys getting on at the moment? The game against Creiff looked like it turned out to be a really good one.
