Orli is shaving only canned and jarred fruit. I can't bear to give him the vegies, they are too awful. I think the fruit is nice. For breakky he'll have 1 small jar any sort of fruit (from 4mths, 6mths and 9mths) I mix it with rice cereal to make it a bit thicker.

For dinner I make him wizzed up vegies (usually carrot, potato, brocolli and zucchini) mixed with grated cheddar cheese. he LOVES it with the cheese. There were times when I didn't have the time too but now I make a big batch once or twice a week and refridgerate or freeze it.

So yeah, in answer to your ?, Orli has lot's of canned fruit and still has rice cereal. Someone told me never to give him fruit juice as it is the worst thing for a babies teeth. They said that water is excellent so that's all Orli gets now. These kids (4 and 6) have just been to the dentist and he was extremely impressed with their quality of teeth, he said it was all due to the water. Kind of off topic but that just sprung to me :)
