haha - bump just means that you're moving the thread up to the top so the person it's directed to doesn't miss it. NT means "no text" so if you just make a title to a post and don't type anything in the body of the post (like a bump post) it will say NT to let you know that you don't need to click on that title, cuz there's no text in the message.
