I am going to sound like a total COW of a MUMMY but you really need to remove Zack completely from the room.

Take him to his crib or somewhere else he cant hurt poor little Alex and then hopefully he will make the connection...

Its a tough situation thou hey :0)

Just make sure Alex is happy and not feeling like Zack is allowed to hit him :0)

failing that sign him up for wrestling and cash in on it :0)
