The dry patches look kind of like poison ivy. He has these patches where his undershirt touches his inner arms right below his armpits, on his tummy, and one on the back of his thigh. He doesn't have any on his head. The ped is certain that it is excema. I've started using the lotion that she recommended. Hopefully that will clear it up.
