In reply to: Chris & Avery 's message, "Shopping!" on 06:14:01 11/29/02 Fri

Ok so its 11:30am and we hit Mickey D's for lunch and we're home for Avery to take her nap and then we'll be out again!

Ok so far we hit: ToysRUs, Walmart and Target.
At ToysRUs we got: For Avery for Christmas: Little Tykes Push and Ride Doll Walker on sale for $14.99 and the Tickle Me Elmo Surprise doll on sale for $9.99 - so add those 2 to the other gifts we got her she's done for Christmas now! We also got at ToysRUs a Mighty Dump Truck by Tonka for my best friends son, Baylor, it was on sale for $9.99 and we got for Ethan a Doctor Kit on sale for $4.99, and for my friend from HS that has a daughter (Madison) 1 month younger then Avery we got her a Little Peoples School Bus. Then at Target we got Baylor a Sit n Spin by Plaskool on sale for $9.99. So Ethan (i bought him a school bus toy that comes with little dolls a week or so back) and Baylor and Madison are done.
Let me preface(sp/grmr) this part of the story by my checking acct has $3.50 in it so DH gave me his debit card from his out of state credit union to use (this is where he's been saving the christmas present money as I can not save money to save my life) anyway I took out 100.00 from the ATM before I went to ToysRUs and i spent about 40.00 more there and at Target then I planned so I went to go to Walmart to get the little pony for Averys birthday and I thought "they take debit I'll just do a debit there for the pony" so i find the best pony - clean - nice box - and the batteries are still working good - so i get up to the check put and his stupid debit card is being denied!!! I was so mad. I remember this happening before too! His credit union is weird about how much you take out from the atm and then if you try to debit something in the same day!!! Isnt that just soooo annoying. I was so mad so I guess that will have to wait. Glad I save 20.00 buck cause after Ave wakes up we have to go find a christmas dress for her to wear for our pictures Sunday. I scheduled a picture appointment at Picture People this Sun at 3:10pm so I have to find a dress!

Do you think it would look bad for me to wear a black shirt?? Avery's gonna wear red velvet dress of some kind - dh is wearing green so whats left for me is black or white.
I bought a nice black buttn down shirt the other day at Old Navy cause it was on sale but do you think white might look better?? What shows up better in pictures. And I only have nice black dress pants so if i wore the black shirt id have to wear the black pants and id look like i was going to a funeral - so should i find a white shirt????
thanks girls! Ill check back in later!!!
