1. have you introduced cows milk? yes just today, i'm doing 1/2 formula to 1/2 whole milk

2. if yes did you have any problems? not yet

3. How many bottles does your baby take per day now? I offer her a sippy cup every 2-3 hours w/ about 4 oz in it and she sometimes drinks all of it and sometime not -
im guessing she's drinking about 12 oz a day ?? which ped said 12-20 oz a day is all they need

4. do you give cows milk in a sippe cup or bottle or both? only in sippy - she doesnt use bottle

6. what age do you want your baby completely weaned off of formula? by her birthday 12/31
