I've been giving Avery yogart for a few months now.
Everything is fair game now except for honey, nuts and hard candy. Avery eats everything, and I mean everything we do except for the above things. She gets eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, or cereal for breakfast. Jelly, grilled cheese sandwhiches, chicken nuggets, meatballs, mac n cheese, ect for lunch and whatever I cook for dinner, meat, potatoes, noodles, vegies, fruit, ect. I just make sure its in small pieces and she goes to town on it!!!
