Yes, "When I'm With You" by Sheriff is the first dance dh and I ever slow danced to. It's "our song" and we had it at our wedding. My dh's best friend and his wife sang it. We also had "Truly" by Lionel Ritchie and and "Looking through the Eyes of Love" the theme from Ice Castles and "Greensleeves".
