HARLEY LOVER WAS AT NEITHER EPHRATA OR SOAP LAKE EVENTS. TELL US ANYTHING ABOUT THE SOAP LAKE EVENT THAT WOULD ONLY BE KNOWN BY SOMEONE WHO WAS ACTUALLY THERE, NOT JUST TRASHING.

You wouldn't see us or find us talking to anyone who thinks they have eyes in the back of your head. I like the above message statement...no "visible" drinking. Almost as much as the City signs put up and down Main St;-- no alcohol, no drugs, no bad attitudes.

Watched the big banner being put up PUD. Would this qualify for use of PUBLIC EQUIPMENT. Political Subsidaries, like Grant County PUD, often have Volunteers who willing to donate their TIME off the clock BUT PUBLIC EQUIPMENT AND PRIVATE LAND IS A WHOLE OTHER DOG THAT CAN BITE YOU. Why does City grant money to what clearly proves to be mere noisy drinking events inhabited by more outsiders than insiders re Soap Lake taxpayers? Money can be better spent to benefit the community as a WHOLE.

holy than thou you speaketh, "not just trashing." EH? people do have every right to call bullshit. every right to exercise the freedom to disparage harshly anything seen as a waste or detriment because this is america. it is your right to not trash.
