For the initial giant lava lamp proposal development to be acceptable several bases should have been covered rather than bypassed. Seeking Criticism Is Very Important. At Some Point, seek out a neutral third party to review the proposal for continuity, clarity and reasoning. For example, has the writer made unsupported assumptions or used jargon or excessive language in the proposal? Applications Require A
Signature. Most proposals are made to institutions rather than individuals. Signatures of Chief Administrative officials are required and included in the proposal where appropriate. THE GIANT LAVA LAMP APPLICATION WAS NOT SIGNED BY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIALS OF CITY OF SOAP LAKE. IT WAS NOT THE INTENTION OR INTEREST OF CITY TO DO SO EVEN THOUGH THE APPLICATION WAS MADE OUT IN NAME OF CITY OF SOAP LAKE.
