I am not Sherlock Holmes but I would suspect Haggerty Enterprises located their claim to fame, the largest lava lamp on the planet, somewhere other than at Soap Lake, WA, USA. From all appearances, it rather looks like the 60 ft lava lamp proposal could possibly have infringed on Haggerty images. One would suspect, think so?
