The lava lamp team's application is black and white proof that there is a spoof going on. IT SAYS, $25 MILLION DOLLARS. In the days of honesty, a man's word was a good handshake. I'd be mighty leery of this project. If I was an investor and they approached me about donating money to this cause----I am afraid I would have laughed my socks off. There must have a bunch of ding-bats seated on the town council that don't know why they are there.
