Subject: Tapering, which dose of the day do you cut out

My dear Wife is on 20 mg methylprednisolone, which is pretty much the same crap as Prednisone. She needs to taper down and we're trying to figure out what's the best does of the day to cut out. Additionally, should this crap be take before, or after eating?

This stuff only seems to work for about 2.5 hours then She has huge mood swings between doses and the worst is the end of the day.

She has Klonopin and Xanex to help settle her down but these Benzo drugs can be very problematic to get off of as well. How do you guys deal with the mood swings? Hostility and anxiety?

I want our lives back!
