The other one WAS getting entirely too long, i agree completely. In the city we do have the option of taking the bus to school , but it is easier on my family if i don't, that's why i don't. I don't mind taking the bus, i remind you that I was raised in a farming town and had to take the bus to school when i stayed on farms, it's no big deal, i'm very used to it. we (DELTA) haven't heard about our twins yet, but we should by beginning of next week. you may hear who your twin is before us due to the way mrs. McK and JP are deciding. just a heads up for that.

we will probably hear about our twins on monday (next day we have band class). Do you guys not get band as a class? what is it then? anyway, when you are here you get either the den/spare room or the futon in the family room. you'll only get the futon if we have an adult staying with us. we learnt how to jive in gym class today, do you get to learn dance in gym? (it is so easy!!hehe) i'll check our schedule on tuesday to find out what unit we will being doing when you come, in case you care. i have to go practice my sax now. bye.

hey. well we sorta do have band as a class but it's after school on tuesdays. we don't have it during te school day. that's sounds cool. we didn't really do a dance unit in gym and i don't have it any more. we did learn to jive in like grade 7 or something but i can't remember. we did a huge dancing segment that year. i didn't really like it though because i hate dancing.

i don't know what else to write about...hmmm (thinking)... do you play any other instruments than trumpet? how long have you been playing trumpet? I am teaching myself guitar and i can play a tiny bit of piano. this is my third year playind t. sax. i attempted to play a trumpet we have in the house, but i couldn't b/c there was green stuff growing in it that blocked the air going through, that and the mouthpiece is dented slightly. (me and my dumb porblems)

i just checked the gym schedule today (finally!!) and we will be doing either our last day of badminton or our first day of softball or both i think our class switches on the day you come. we also learnt how to waltz in gym today i don't have anything else to say b/c today we wrote our english midterm (response) and i am not in the mood for writing or thinking anymore.

hey that's cool. i like both sports but badminton is definitely my favorite. waltzing isn't that bad. i didn't exactly like it but i wasn't complaining either. how was the midterm?? i bet it was pretty easy eh? i was kinda nervous going into my english exam but it turned out it was really easy. i was just happy that it was my only exam. anyway it's 2 bad that we don't get to talk to each other more. i should check the boards more but i usually just use the net for msn i don't usually go to websites and stuff so if i take a while replying son't worry. anyway bubye maybe i will send u an email or sumthing sumtime.

we still have another english writing exam, plus a comp exam (essay on stories we've read) plus a final exam (multiple choice), so the one we just wrote was relatively easy to do. liuckily we only have two math exams and one exam for all the other subjects(whew). I don't mind you not writing back soon, as long as it isn;t b/c your are avoiding me. i don't go on alot of websites either, just a specific few. i understand

hey alice. sory i haven't replied in awhile i've just been really busy with my school work. other instruments i can play are the piano (although not very good because i've never taken any lessons) and the recorder. i sorta taught myself the piano because we have one in the living room although it really needs to be tuned and i learned how to play the recorder last year in grade eight. well that trumpet sounds a little gross i don't think that i'd be able to play it either. haha anyway c ya

Hey Cammy, I can't belive it's -20!! It's like 7 degrees here. It's sunny and no snow! *sniffle* i want it to snow!!! It started snowing a tiny bit on Chrismtas Eve but it all went away! I looove snow! hehe Well byebye for now, hope to talk to you soon!

thanks for repling jess! you can't believe it's -20 well it was even colder last night it was probably -30 or better no lie!! we have so much snow everything looks white we probably have had 4 feet or more not all of it's stayed on the ground but ever since new years it has been cold and snowy. Hey Cammy, your the first person practically who has responded to me besides mike in my band haha! What grade are you in? Tell me about you? Lets see, im in gr 10, I play clarinet, I have one sister shes in grade 9 and umm I have no animals except fish haha. Um i looove singing! I sing all the time, with music, with piano which i also play but only easy stuff so i can sing along! haha I love Shania Twain the best! hehe (im listenin to her right now!) hehe! Hey Jess

Thanks for repling a few people have replied to me but mainly you and mike. I also am in grade 10 and play clarinet. I also have a sister she is in grade 6. I have a dog, a cat and a couple of calves, but i dont live right on a farm. My neighbours have a farm and for helping out so much they have given us a heifer calf for the past two years. i also like Shania Twain I got her new CD for christmas. I like to sing too. I use to (and still sort of am) sing in my churches choir. I couldn't believe when I read your message that we liked alot of the same things. anyway what else do you like? today is much warmer here i think its only -8 but tonight its suppose to be -22 again! bye for now

what's new? not to much here this morning I went tobogganing for 2 hours the only thing i don't like about it is walking back up the hill! It was very interesting. hmm lets see what else i can say about myself... I like swimming, going for walks; I try to walk our dog but usually end up running part of the way because he loves to run he's a black lab cute sometimes a pain other times! I like the colour red blue and purple. Hey Jess

not too much new here. the weather is a bit warmer right now its snowing and really slushy out and disgusting for driving. I like just about any type of music too mostly country because thats what my family and neighbours listen to. Panda bears are cool I like dogs and horses the most even though i've never rode a horse or owned one. I hope to someday. my nickname use to be panda I guess becuase it rhymes with Amanda. I am suppose to be allergic to cats but they don't really bother me too much. ummmm I have to go back to school on monday i havn't been for over a week because we had exams last week but i was lucky and had them all in class. this semmester i will have english, computers, civics/career studies, and music. last semmester i had french, math, history,& science blahh (not my favorite but my best subjects) ummmmm I don't know what else to say. Hey Cammy, It was frosty this morning and 0 degrees! thats sooo cold for us! But its sunny out! Hey Jess

I do like shopping here we go to the 1000 island mall in Brockville because it is only 30 mins away. we could go to Smithsfalls or kingston which are 45 mins away. Our mall is not that big but its not to bad. the farthest i've been is probably Sherbrooke Quebec. I've been there 3 times because thats where my neighbor grew up. It takes about 4 hours one way without stopping. if i could go anywhere I would go somewhere far away umm maybe africa, england i dont know. I don't have a boyfriend or a crush at the moment. the last boyfriend i had was in October he was really nice until he had his sister tell me he thought we would be better off as friends right out of the blue. I was cool with that even though it was the day after I took him to my school dance an dhe met my friends it was also halloween. I emailed him asked him why and still havn't got an answer he hasn't even talked to me. I guess thats more than you really wanted to know but anyway. In case you havn't realized I usually type really long messages but in person and on the phone not as much. anyway i must go. I have to get up at 6:00 in the morning right now it's 9:30 (I believe it is only 6:30 in BC)I could probably stay up a while longer but I worked 5 1/2 hours after school and am exausted. ya so ducks are pretty cool! My uncle, who lives in edgewater, has a farm and a few ducks but i never really do anything with them...anyway i like hockey, rugby, animals and have 3 brothers. I like baaiclly all music except classical...By the way i'm 14...umm, er i don't really got much to say so, uh, i'll talk to ya later!

Trumpets are the best instuments ever. i'm a trumpet too :)

Ok, so for all those who have yet to find a twin as well, me i don't care if said twin is male or female, coz chances are theres probably going to be both genders in the house in the first place. um, no one in my family smokes, and we live on a farm. Uh, personality wise, i like to be around humouros upbeat people... because... i dunno, i like laughing. I try to be funny, but it seems only JP laughs at my jokes. -.- I love to draw, and i love drama. I'm an anime person, coz japanimation rox... oh heck cartoons rock. there so funny.

hey. well, im 14, go to sands, im in grade 9, play baritone (tc of course), trumpet, screw around on my bass, piano and know a couple chords on guitar. My dad is the only one who smokes, but he only does it in the backyard when no one's around. i suppose im upbeat and im always up for a good laugh, if not to get one. i sketch occasionally, write for fun, im really into my music and medieval warfare.

Medieval huh? i can't say i'm up to speed on my medieval history, but i know a little bit... m,y uncle told me ALL his theories on king Arthur...

well, my music is what im obsessed with, every moment i can, im listenin to music. i also like carpentry, building stuff, using tools and all that good stuff. in the ways of a career, im looking a little into either a proff of math, architect and maybe a carpentry job to start.

Hey Everyone,

Decided to post a message to let you all know how my first week went there are like 6 people without children and less than 10 people under 25. I only go 4 days a week I get thursdays off and go from 9-10 then a 20 min break then 10:20 to 12 an hour for lunch then 2 5 min breaks during the hours of 1-3 off at 3:15 I would say much better than Highschool *lol*. I have made friends and earned the nickname tiny bubbles because I write tiny and Gem which is Meg spelled backwards. Hey Dylan... WW2? U a history type guy, or does it just seem cool? i find both wars intersting, coz i dunno, i'm wierd like that. I've always wanted to do the paintball thing, but there isn't really anywhere to do it, 'cept smithfalls,, but... thats...Smithfalls. need i say more?....

paintball is awesome, if you like war games and stuff... but it is insanlly expensive so i cant go too often

I collect more modern war stuff coz my cousins in the military. Just the clothes. i dunno why.

I hate how things like paintball and other fun stuff is so expensive...or how theres to many little kids doing it. I like to play laser tag once in a while, but theres always so many little kids.

yea my cousin is in the us military so he gets me a bunch of stuff liek that too, and yea i have a bunch of the clothing that i wear around a lot...i dont know why lol

but yea if you like lazer tag and stuff you'll love paintball, its basically the same cept its more realistic and hurts a lot more, you should give it a go

One of my friends/aquaintances who graduated last year was going to take me paintballing once, but he never got around to it.... oh well. I'll get around to it someday... its on my list of things i want to do, along with skydiving, waterskiing (i've tried, but i could never stay UP!) and snowboarding. (i figure if i can ski, i should learn to snowboard)

Hey Alex, I'm Alice and I would love to be your twin. I love staying on farms (I used to live in a farm town) and I have two cats and a rabbit of my own. I have two older sisters. I play T.Sax in the Delta Band. My parents don't smoke, and don't want me going to a house where people smokes. Thanks a bunch.

Alright cool! I'm looking forward to coming to Athens in April. One thing has been bugging me though, why don't you go near the cows? it is confusing me. What do you do in your spare time? I play Heroes on the 'puter, read, and do Pilates. Also, what time (your time not mine) do you usually go online? I get tomorrow (Friday) off and could probably plan when to go on MSN around when you are online.

i don't go near the cows because i really don't like cows. they smell and they don't really like me anyway. probably cause i don't like them though. all they do is eat and eat and eat. in the winter their in the barn and in the summer their always off in the pasture or in the in the barnyard. in my spare time i watch t.v., read, bake, and go on the computer. well i'm online around 4:00 til 5 or 6 my time. and then i'm usually on again at like 7:30 - 9.

Thanks for the times:) I'll try to be up by noon, so i have time to eat and still get online to hopefully chat with you. In the meantime... What's your bunny's name? My bun' is Chicklet (like the gum or a baby chicken) although she kinda looks like Bugs Bunny in the summertime (when she's lighter). My two cats (one will appear to be braindead) are Brad and Candy. What type of dogs do you have? I want o daog but dad says NO. Oh well, there are enough dog to sit on my cul de sac. Toodles until 'morrow:)

your welcome for the times. my bunny's name is petie but she 's a girl. (don't ask my mom named her). my cat is big and gray and acts like he's the boss of everything. his name is mickey. my dogs are missie and charlie (both girls & sisters). they are collie/shepard. charlie looks more like a shepard while missie really looks like a collie (lassie collie not border and german shepard. y do they call u fred??

They call me fred b/c i am in a family with all girls (cept for DAD) and mom gave me and my sisters guy names for no apparent reason. My sisters were Charles and James and I was Fred and the name just stuck. that's all. what is your nickname?

well that is cool. i think it would nice to have siblings. only 1 of my friends is an only child (like me). fred is a good name. well i have a few nicknames but people either call me alex or ally seeing as my real name is actually alexandera.

What type of music do you like? I like rock and some experimental rock although I sometimes listen to country songs.What type of music do you like playing in band? I enjoy modern/odd music that is very creative and unusual.

i like alternative rock and punk-ish. in the band i like to play music with a strong rhythm but we only have a few songs that r like so really, i like playing whatever music we get. ha

you guys don't get to choose what you play? we do, sometimes. when you come here you get to stay in your own room, but when i go there do I share with you or get my own? I don't really care but i'm just curious. Also do you take a school bus from Jasper to Athens ro do your get a ride? I get a ride to school (i'm ten city blocks away)

we don't get to choose the songs of sheet music we get and jp usually tells us what we're going to play for practice. i don't know why we don't get to choose but i think it's just because we would probably choose the songs that are easier and that we know instead of the harder ones. no you can have your own room if you want or you can share my room. it doesn't matter. i have 2 beds in it anyway (not bunkbeds either). although the other bed in my room is not nearly as comfortable as the bed in the guest room. we do have a guest room in our house so you can sleep there. unfortunately i have to take the bus to school and home. it's not that bad though. you're not able to take a school bus to school are you; since you live in the city??

well anyways, since it seems that i'm gunna get paired with a girl this is for all you laides out there, im, 15 single, i enjoy long walks on the beach........actually im not single, and i dont enjoy walking in general, never mind for an extanded period of time, and on the beach too, with the sand and the water and the mud and the chafing...ewww......well anyways my REAL interest lies in guitar and well, playing it. that's pretty much all i do, so if you find out your my twin brace yourself. i try to listen to appericiate and play all types of music, i mostly play electric, guys most people have never heard of that are just insanely good (i.e steve vai, joe satriani) anyways just recently i began to learn some new stuff for the old classical........but i ramble on, and i dont really know if this message has a point, but i was board and at least now no one, not mention any names, can accuse me of not visiting the legendary message bored(yes bores, i meant to spell it like that)......

i play sax in the band and bass guitar for fun.
i do like nirvana, as well as sum 41, but i prefer KoRn.
its nice and warm here (15 degrees) and far too sunny for my taste. i guess i will be getting to know some of you, so i'll try to be friendly.

Hey there.
I'm pretty bored as well, so i was checking out this place. KoRn, Sum41 and Nirvana are all very cool, cept i think Sum41 is my fave of the three...dunno why.
WHoa.. 15 degress as in...ABOVE 0? no way! let me check how cold it is here... oh.hmm, just like i thought. FREEZING!
Anyway, my instrument is a trumpet. i don't think i caught your grade, mine's 11.

Just a note about anonymous dumb postings... first of all, don't. I mean, sure, have fun... but be reasonable, and always tell us who you are. Secondly, those postings aren't nearly as anonymous as you think. what do you do in athens? in bc we(i) go skiing/snowboarding if there is snow and i also play my guitar 24/7 i go skateboarding if it is not raining and i play nintendo
