Hey everyone!

How has march break been for everyone else? hope bc has a good march break next week. my march break has been pretty good although i am very sick of birthday cake because we had a couple of birthday cakes for me and one for my grandfather who just turned 80!! anywho i thought since i had nothing else to do and all the messages on the board are about hockey that i would post a new message. i don't mind hockey. toronto is a pretty good team but i think i like the rangers but i don't kno whow they are doing anyway. toodles for now. cammy.

Anybody who likes the leafs does not have a rational train of thought. They block out any possibility of another team being just as good or better than the leafs. Every time someone tries to discuss the way other teams in the league are faring, the fans just change the subject back to the leafs. finding a leaf fan who is able to dicuss all the teams in the league dip;omatically and rationally is as rare as finding a talking dog.

Personally, I root for any canaidian team who isn't toronto. the leafs have a big fan base already and, quite frankly, are a dirty team. They are scrappy, arrogant, foul-mouthed players. I blame not only the players for this constant display of poor sportsmanship, but Pat Quinn. He was the same as the leafs when he was a player, and vancouver was the same way when he coached them; it was hard to watch.

For anyone outside Ontario, isn't part of Canada. That's how disgusted they are with the whole team.

Remember guys: there are other canadian teams you can root for. Montreal(unfortunately, struggling at the moment), Edmonton(surviving), Calgary(also having troubles), and Vancouver(doing marvolous).

Hey everyone! Sorry if past postings have sounded strange, or if any information that has been past on about me has made me seem strange, I promise to read stuff better and be nice!

I think I've figured out what's all going on now, Michelle is staying with me? And then when we go there I'm staying with Jake M? I don't know, it will probably be changed again! So hello to whoever gets to put up with me!

I went to my first band practice last night! (my apologies to anybody that resents my intrusion, after all your hard work and years of practise I'd understand) It went well, I played a note here and there, and laughed, and got ripped off by the vending machine. They should not let you choose numbers that don't have anything in them. It was Sarah's fault anyhow. Speaking of Sarah, she just made fun of me I think. Which reminds me, now that I'm going to end this message...

Hi Michelle! I'll try to clear things up (my friends think we'll get along because you said you were confused, I don't know what they're implying). Yes, I just started playing about the beginning of February. I'll admit I used to make fun of the band, but only because they're my friends. Then, second semester I realized I only had two classes and I wanted to be a full time student so I could play soccer. So JP convinced me to take gr. 10 music with no previous experience. (and i did not take music to join the band, i just wanted to have another class!) Anyhow, I'm watching Friends one day, got a call from JP, wrestled with my conscious, talked to Sarah and (*Shawna's interrupting me to say hi, (with an exclamation mark) she doesn't live near me but Kim is staying with her, so she's just rambling now so I'll stop) now I'm going on the band trip. I'd like to think that I play as well as Amanda, but I don't. Don't worry I'll practice alot!

Here's a quick bio on me (my friends will say I talk to much and tell too many stories but don't listen).
eyes: blue
hair colour: reddish blondish brownish
siblings: 2 half brothers, 4 half sisters, but don't worry none of them live at home, they're all alot older and have their own families, so it's just my mom and I in my house, you get your own room!
living: a house, currently for sale, but hopefully it will never sell! and it's a farm, but we don't have any animals anymore, except for my dog and several cats (just outdoor ones).

Does Jake ever come to the message boards, tell him Sarah and I say hi (and let us know if there's anything we should know about him!)

The bells going to ring soon, so I must go, talk to you later!

Hey Jess,

Well it has only been 4 weeks since I left ADHS and man am I ever out of the loop. don't even get me started about machines that rip you off the bank machine at school charges $2.25 dispensing fee to take money out, I love it at SLC and have made some new friends (guess what my soccer buddy want a more difficult game to play PLAY INDOOR SOCCER try to keep the ball on the ground, yup I play on the women's indoor soccer team) Anyways thought I would welcome you to band and hey you didn't intrude you said it once yourself you were an honourary member better known as a wannabe roadie well now you aren't.

yea, the leafs traded McCauley to San Jose along with some prospect and a 2003 first round draft pick, but they got Owen Nolan out of the deal, which is pretty sweet. i liked McCauley better because he was from around here. i actually met him once and got a bunch stuff signed by him b/c my mom's uncle is best friends and used to work with Alyn's dad.

Tschuss is a shorter way of saying aufwiedersehen or goodbye. Like in english were we say bye instead of goodbye they say tschuss instead of aufwiedersehen (unless you're trying to be really polite/formal). The elevation in Switzerland is a lot different from Germany since the Alps are a large part of the country, so they get a lot more snow. I'm not sure how much germany got this year but apparently it's more than normal, over in BC we haven't gotten any on ground level.

There is snow in Germany, but it's near Switzerland, and in the south, like Frankfurt (where I flew in) but I'm up near Hannover and Dusseldorf, and far east of Berlin, near The netherlands, like we're only 3 hrs from Amsterdam and Berlin in the other direction, so I'm in the north west rhineland where there's no snow....

hey. looks like our messages are getting down on the list so i think we have to get them back at the top (which could happen if i checked the boards more often) haha anyway. ya i used to have like 9 email addresses but then i cut it down to three oh i mean 4. it was just way to much work trying to check them all and then i got a lot of junk mail. ya it is starting to warm up a little here (but not very much)and there is still a whole bunch of snow. it's been like -23 or something here with the wind chill included (because the wind chill is what makes it so much colder) but i don't really pay attention. ya we already had that storm hit us and it dropped off quite a bit of snow 2. hey the weather can be a very interesting topic (when ur not talking to someone who lives in the same climate region as you of course). ya i can't wait until may when we go out there that 3 hours is gonna be like heaven for me (after i get over the jet lag anyway). although i pity u guys since u guys are losing 3 hours. i think that jet lag is one of the worst things about flying oh and if u have a really long flight - specisally if it's a milk run - or if the plane is delayed. but u now it'll still be a good trip. have u ever flown anywhere before?? i haven't sent u an email yet so don't be looking for it okay?? i'll let u know when i send one.

I've flown lots of times before. I go to Winnipeg almost every summer -- by plane. How about you? I know there are some kids here who are freaking out b/c it will be their first time on a plane. You probably won't have snow when we go there, will you? b/c that would be so cool. i miss the snow of Alberta. oh well 2 1/2 years and counting...

hey. that's cool. i really haven't flown that much. i've flown to sask, alberta and florida. my mom and i usually drive to sask but the first time on plane was when my grandpa died and the second was last summer for a visit. well cept for when i was 2 cuz my took me out to sask to let all the relatives see the new baby. although i obviously can't remeber anything about the trip but there are some pictures. and we drove to florida a few yrs ago but my mom didn't like it so we flew there the last time we went which was just a couple years ago in 2001 i think. i'm pretty sure that we won't have any snow when u guys are here although can't be promising anything. i think plane rides are fun for the first like 4 hours then it just gets boring. i don't think i would ever miss snow. i hate winter.

hey alice. looks like we both haven't been on the website for a long time - or at least on the message boards for a long time - so how's it going in b.c.?? did u get the email i sent u??
