And to make things worse, his four fledglings lunge as well, each one snarling and lashing at Deangelo any way they could. Alex, still sobbing, can only watch in horror as Deangelo is mauled, and he begins screaming at them, trying his damndest to get up and go to his aid, but his legs left him immobile, and he starts crying again.
