Im 20 and I got braces on less than 24 hours ago, 1 day of 2 yrs! I have always needed them as I have an overbite and an open bite. They hurt a bit but nothing a paracetamol cant fix.
I have had 4 extractions and absolutely no evidence of having any wisdom teeth in future. I am a fairly small boned person and I have a chin thats too far back behind profile. I have heard that extractions can change the appearance of your face and I am concerned that the change will be negative. Has anyone at all not been happy with thier facial features after orthodontic treatment?
