When I was in for consultation my ortho was figuring out exactly what had to be done for the best results. While he was at it he made a comment about my profile something to the fact of " lets see if your profile needs any adjusting " and after a short look he when on with " no you're profile is in very good shape or do you disagree? " I of course answered with no. But I think that goes to show that Dr. DO indeed consider the shape of your face and probably CAN adjust it just a tinney bit. I can't imgine that braces can do alot for anyones profile without surgury.
