Did you say you LOST 60 pounds? Is that a good thing or a bad thing for you? And just with popcorn? Atkins must be rolling around in his grave…

Anyway, back to FOOD.

Soft snacks - chocolate pudding, rice pudding - heck any pudding, Jell-O gelatin, saltine crackers, Odwalla bars (I live off these at times).

Honestly, after braces snacking loses its appeal. And I say this with experience! The thought of not having to brush again, alone is a deterrent. I may be wrong, but most times you’ll end up feeling hungry, and if you haven’t planned ahead there may be nothing really readily available, so water starts to look good.
