Thank you both for replying. I really appreciate the advice. It's day 3 for me and I think I'm talking a little bit better but not a lot---yet. Today is the first day my tongue is really sore. I've tried the wax but I can't see well enough to know if I'm placing it where it should be going. This is hard!
I don't think I can really afford swapping these for outside ceramics; not to mention I've heard outside braces have their own list of problems (sore cheeks, etc.) so I had better just stick to what I've got.
