If you ask 50 different Docs you will get 50different opinions. I would be glad that you have one who can do it w/out extractions.

As far as a doc not trying to save you time or money this isnt true. I do this all the time. I had a pt today who wanted upper and lower lingual braces which is my most expensive option. After discussing treatment she opted for upper only with clear. One of my lower price options.
