Sorry to hear about your appt. My consultation times very informative. My ortho did spend less time with me then the office manager. She was the one who showed me the different types of braces, decided which ones I wanted and she went all over the finance part. However, when the ortho came in, he explained everything and showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. My ortho is extremely busy, but took the time to answer any questions I had.

About a week after the consulatation appt, I was sent a letter in the mail and it went over everything we discussed again and re-emphasize important points.

Its good that your getting more opinions, especially if your not happy. I wish you luck and hope your next appt/s will be more positive.
