Meg, I've been in braces since April. After a few months you won't need anyone's support at all--you'll have all the confidence you need in yourself knowing you made the right decision for you. Or basically you won't care what anyone thinks at all because this is for you and only you.

Yes, the first two/three months are very hard but after that it's as if you almost forget the braces are there. Just take it day by day.

Didn't know there where clear damons brackets--aren't you lucky!
