Hello,
I have been concerned about my gaps not closing! My gaps are 4mm between my top front teeth, and I was informed by the ortho that it will probably take about 3 months for the gap to close. The puzzling dilemna is that it seemed for the first 4 weeks the gap has not moved at all.
I went in on Tuesday to get my first adjustment, and I mentioned it to my ortho, and he told me that he was going to put a power chain to get the gap to close, but it's been 2 days and my front teeth are not feeling any pain at all so it seems like I will be wasting another month without progress. Are there any others out there they could share some advice and/or wisdom on what to do? Should I call back up there to let him know? Please respond.
