Hi Meg,
Sounds like you and I have a similar backgroung. My family has a history of bad teeth. I've cut out un-necessary sugers out of my diet, hopefully that will help. By the way I'm 29.
I'm curious why some people have more problems with cavities then others. I brush 3 times a day, floss 2 times a day and swish with a anti-cavity rinse also. I'm kinda scared what when the braces go on about more cavities.
