Hi Glow, i had a underbite,that I thort was pretty bad can see it in the archwired gallery, and back to ya question, 1st ortho only wanted me to wear a retainher to try pull lower jaw back(can u belive that),needless to say i never saw him again, the 2nd ortho and one i ent with, said we are going to try braces and whatever else needs to be used on my teeth/jaws. if it dont work ,then surgery, and i must say i didnt want surgery, and after 23mths my underbite is gone and rest of jaw(s)is pretty good ,look at my updated pick from last mth in gallery,,
