I too know that I have a gift. I have felt it since I was a child and grew up in a family where it was basically just acknowledged that we all 'felt' or 'knew' things. I have had my 'feelings' validated to me in many ways - spookily accurate ways! I have attended a group for 'spiritual development' which I found extremely rewarding (and not financially draining - very special people running it). There is also a great 'church' in my area who have talks every week on different subjects. Unfortunately due to now having two children and a husband who works a lot of evenings I can't make it to these events. Now I know that I don't NEED these things to develop/become intune to my abilities, but I feel that they were a great tool to help me to focus and to feel safe. To be honest I am a little scared of what I might hear as I worry about the responsability of having such a connection with spirit.
