I to have two children and sometimes find it difficult to find the time to meditate at home and other places. But I do attend Thursday night meditations with a group and I believe it is very important to connect with like-minded people. Even if it’s over the Internet. More than likely you need to boost your spiritual protection so that nothing can get through to you. A great way to do this is with what’s called the tower of light. In meditation put a tower of white light all around you and keep it they’re always driving sleeping when ever. Nothing can get through this tower unless you give it permission to come into your aura.
