If any fraudulent activity comes up, we will be required to hire lawyers and forensic computer experts to prove as such. With the economy the way it is, computer crime is skyrocketing (not that it wasn't before).

Each home will need to have their internet access monitored and logged in order to protect the HOA. How well will that go over?
