Glad to hear you are following the rules now. I'll take your word about knowing your wife and kids, I just don't know them as your wife and kids. Clean my yard? Yes, I have a portable goal and my trashcan is on the front side of my house like many others, but I have never parked boats or RV's in my driveway.

I also never sent any threatening emails to you. I think in one email I said I thought you were being an ahole(used the full word in the email), but I'm not sure I consider that cursing and swearing. This started because I posted one comment about the rules concerning boats and RV's. You emailed me first and told me to email you directly rather than post on here. I did that each time you ignored the rules. Having said all of that, this is getting ridiculous. If it is ok with you, I say we put the personal stuff behind us and talk about a solution.

Why not send out a letter about the rule telling everyone that previous boards had felt that portable basketball goals were ok. Then say that you are working on changing the rule so this is no longer an issue. Why send out a letter telling everyone they are in violation if you are wanting to change the rule? That just doesn't make a lot of sense. I believe the rule was there to keep people from placing swing sets or trampolines in their front yard, not goals in their driveway. If you agree, then do the right thing and let everyone know you are updating the covenants.

Thanks.
