Is the wi-fi for the HOA Board members to next buy laptop's for the board as the city is for the commissioners? Will it save money to go paperless? Will it save money to buy air cards & carry a monthly contract for air cards? Will it violate the open records law? Will city documents no longer be public record since its paperless? I smell a mouse, there must be more to this than we know!
