The parking lot of the amenity area was not originally built for the purpose of providing a party spot for local teenagers. It should be parking for people at night who are using the pool or the tennis courts. The basketball area is closed after dark(not currently being enforced) and the playground should be closed as well. Therefore, we need posted signs for no loitering allowed and some means of enforcing it. Also, we need a gate to the entrance that will be locked after a reasonable hour at night which should be closer to 9 pm instead of 11 pm.
